  2. 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment (Headquarters Garrison force)

2. MISSION

-We've had recent Intel from fly-overs in the area, that is a PAVN battalion spotted in route to HQ. We'v been mobilized to act as a deterrent for the hostile force.

-There are three primary defense locations that our platoon has been assigned. We're the center company for our battalion. Should the other companies get overran, be prepared to deal with hostiles from the flank.

-2nd Battalion will be garrisoning the camp, but they will also be reinforcing friendly forces that begin to break. The camp is full of REMF. If the battalion gets into it, it will be whole wide slaughter.

3. EXECUTION

Phase I - Primary Defense Location (Apache)

a. At 0630 1st Platoon will be flown from Camp Holloway to HLZ Apache. This HLZ will also be the primary insertion for reinforcements. From there, we will move to the SE corner of the woodline, and entrench facing across the open field.

PHASE II - Secondary Defense Location (Navajo)

a. Under the circumstance that PDL Apache gets overran, the platoon will fall back to PDL Navajo. The new HLZ will be at HLZ Navajo, an area that combat engineers have cleared out in the forest. They will dig into the hill, and prepare to engage enemy forces.
