TERRAIN: Mountainous 1. SITUATION a. Enemy Forces 174th People's Marine Brigade 397th Worker's Militia Brigade b. Friendly Forces Bravo Company, 1/7th Cavalry 2. MISSION - 1st Platoon Alpha Company 1/7th Cavalry Regiment will be manning several checkpoints/evacuating civlians, and will be conducting combat patrols through no-mans-land, attempting to capture a prisoner to be interrogated. - 71st Company, 145th Aviation Battalion will be conducting Combat Air Patrols above the Incheon Island Chain. - SFOD-A7111 will be acting as OpFor. - Friendly forces have set up defenses around the town of. 3. EXECUTION MAP OF THE AO PHASE I - Checkpoint a. 1st Platoon will be manning Checkpoint Bravo (CP Bravo) and will be helping to evacuate civilians through to the third Island. b. Ensure civilians move through the checkpoint in an orderly fashion, and search each car before letting them pass. c. Squads will alternate between manning the checkpoint and conducting Combat Patrols in no-man's-land between each the front lines. PHASE II - Patrols a. 1st Squad will be conducting the first combat patrol, along Patrol Route 1. 2nd Squad will take Route 2, 1st Squad will take Route 3. b. Patrols will be searching for enemy patrols/monitoring troop movements. If a small enemy patrol is located, you are to engage and attempt to take a prisoner to be returned to the CP for interrogation. c. If contact is made with a larger force, the rest of the Platoon will move to reinforce. PHASE III - Endex a. 1st and 2nd Squads move back to HQ for Endex. **Special Instructions** - All requests for fire will come to the Platoon Leader first. - Reinserts will not be Via teleport. Be very careful. If you die, Reinserts will be done via helicopter, and will take some time. - Avoid prolonged contact in no mans land, you will be targeted by enemy indirect, will be pinned in place, and killed if a prolonged fire fight occurs. - Break contact if necessary. 4.
