REGION: Baranow area, Poland 2. WEATHER: Clear Skies; 50F ; Wind <1kn NNE; Dawn 0755 IGT; Dusk 1825 IGT 3. TERRAIN: Farmland, Spruce Forests, Villages After 1st Cavalry Division managed to secure the area of Baranow, we now put our eyest to the Stazow-sector to the north east. We have barely pushed into the area, but have managed to secure us an airfield. German High Command tasks us with securing vital logistics sectors, the airfield at Gacki, as well as the vital crossroads at Zyzna and Szydlow. This will allow us to continue our blitz towards Warzaw. Both the airfield and Zyzna seem to be lightly defended, byt Szydlow is an old medieval castle town, and will be a challenging task to assaut. Polish forces are well dug in, and we expect anti-aircraft as well as anti-tank guns to be placed out in the area. a.
